DR. QUINN
Dr. Timothy Quinn is a native of Dayton, Ohio who joined Far Oaks Orthopedists, Inc. in 1981. He has also served the University of Dayton Athletic Department as Team Doctor and Orthopedic Surgery Consultant since 1989. His expertise includes sports medicine (Shoulder and knee surgery), and general orthopedics. Dr. Quinn is also the Associate Director of Sports Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital. A graduate of Alter High School and the University of Dayton (magnum cum laude, BA in Chemistry), Dr. Quinn graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1976. He received a fellowship/scholarship from the International College of Surgeons to study orthopedic surgery in London, England. Dr. Quinn completed his orthopedic residency training at Mount Carmel Medical Center and Columbus Children’s Hospital. Dr. Quinn is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is also a 25 year active member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
